Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov thanked Kazakhstan and the entire Kazakh people for the prompt rescue efforts after the crash of the AZAL passenger plane near Aktau in December last year.
The minister was speaking at a joint press conference with his Kazakh counterpart Murat Nurtleu in Astana.
