Job Summary:

The Warehouseman will be responsible for overseeing the control and management of general company warehouse stocks, ensuring the proper handling of materials and tools, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate stock movement and requisition processes, as well as assisting in the procurement of necessary materials. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with equipment used in oil&gas sector, strong communication skills, and proficiency in warehouse management systems 1C or SAP. 

Responsibilities:

• Control general company warehouse stocks, issue, and receive general materials/tools.
• Register company stock movement (incoming/outgoing).
• Inspect all general materials/tools and ensure they are in proper condition.
• Maintain hand tools and track all issued/received vehicle parts.
• Establish and maintain the warehouse management system.
• Conduct inventory of critical items and generate requisitions for purchase.
• Allocate goods and maintain warehouse housekeeping.
• Reconcile ordered items with delivered ones.
• Generate requisitions for consumable items.
• Reconcile warehouse/stock balance with the Accounting Department.
• Assist the Procurement Department in generating requisitions and coordinating with suppliers for delivery.
• Report any damage/failure in assets to management.

Qualifications:

• Technical educational background or experience in a technical field.
• Good knowledge of spare parts/materials used in oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
• Operational level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
