Azerbaijan establishes working groups for start of Garabagh University's operation

The working groups were established at the different levels under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Garabagh University to start its activities, State Agency for Science and Higher Education of Azerbaijan told APA.
“The working groups operate in the relevant directions. Any updates on this issue will be made public,” the agency noted.
Noted that no rector appointed to Garabagh University.
