Bulgarian President is sure that relations with Azerbaijan will rise to a higher level

"I believe that the documents we signed will further strengthen our strategic partnership," President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev said during a joint statement to the press following an expanded meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
President of Bulgaria noted that he is sure that the relations will rise to a higher level.
